Profiles of Senior Managers

Mr. Dickson Waitueka  -  General Manager

Mr. Waitueka is an accomplished finance professional with over 25 years of experience having served KTDA Management Services diligently in various capacities spanning from Senior Accountant-Factory Accounts, Regional Accountant and Tax Department. He also served as Head of Finance & Administration Greenland Fedha for 10 years prior to his appointment as the General Manager in January 2022.

He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance option) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and a graduate of Senior Management Leadership Programme from Strathmore University Business School.

CPA Ibrahim Mugo - Head of Finance & Administration

Mr. Mugo was appointed to this position in June 2022. Prior to his appointment, he worked at KTDA Management Services (MS) as senior Accountant for 9 years.

He has over 21 years experience in Financial accounting and previously worked for East African Portland cement PLC.

He is a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Public Secretary (CPS), certified SAP FI Consultant, certified ISO Lead Auditor, a member of the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK) and ICPSK.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance option) from Catholic University of Eastern Africa. 

Mr. Solomon Wakaria -  Head of Credit and Operations

Mr. Solomon was appointed as Head of Credit and Operations in August 2020. Prior to his appointment, he was the Credit Manager between 2015 to July 2020. He previously worked with Jamii Bora Bank as Manager Small and Micro Enterprises Banking.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting from University of Nairobi, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree-Accounting Option from Strathmore University. He is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

Mrs. Cynthia Kidemy - Rutto - Head of Marketing and Communication

Cynthia was appointed to this position in 2014. She previously worked with Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) and has over 18 years experience and knowledge in marketing within the financial services industry.

She holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) – (Marketing option) from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Marketing & Business Administration from Daystar University. Cynthia is a member of the Marketing Society of Kenya.

Mr. Kimathi Nyagah M'Inoti - ICT Manager

Mr.Kimathi joined Greenland Fedha in October 2017 as the Manager of Information Technology and Communication. He previously worked as Head of Information Technology and Business Innovations Department at Safaricom Sacco Limited. He has over 12 years experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Financial Digital Transformation, Systems Integrations and Cyber Security.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Africa Nazarene University.
